Are you tired of hair static? We have a couple solutions for you:
Solution 1: Quick fix! If your hair is looking a tad bit like Einstein's, put some lotion on your hands and rub your fingers through your hair. Depending on how thin your hair is, a dime size amount goes a long way. Too much lotion can make your hair oily.
Solution 2: Quick fix! Take a dryer sheet to your hair. While holding portions of your hair, rub the dryer sheet from scalp to end along the strands. Because dryer sheets work best when damp, if it doesn't work while dry, add some water to it!
Solution 3: To keep your hair from drying out in the winter, try using a silk pillow case. A cotton pillow case may be easier to find; however, it tends to soak up any moisture in your hair while you're sleeping. Silk allows your hair to breath and in my opinion, is ten times more comfortable.
Lastly, if your hair will not cooperate, try controlling it with a fashionable fish-tail. Just in-case you missed it in the magazines recently, we have posted a TRESemme ad featuring The City's, Whitney Port. Step-by-step directions are given and the braid can be done within minutes. It is easy for campus and will keep your hair controlled in this winter weather.
Tip: If your hair is thin, try making the braid messier than usual to make it look thicker than it truly is.

The Purple Pump is located at 1203 Moro street in Aggieville. One of the great things about this new shoe store is that they only order one of each size (5.5-11) for each particular style. This way there is only a handful of people in town that have the same shoes. The price for your new foot candy will cost you less than $50 (for most styles). Happy shopping!
